How to buy tickets
Online
At the foot of each of the concert pages of this website there's a direct link to that concert's ticket booking page on whatsonwestsuffolk.co.uk. Please always use this link when booking your tickets for our concerts online.
Useful information:
1. Our ticket sales website for all our concerts is whatsonwestsuffolk.co.uk, which is run by the Apex Box Office.
2. Please don't try using the Apex website because it does not list all our concerts.
3. Sometimes the Safari browser on Apple devices doesn't work properly with booking websites. If you have this problem, please open burybachchoir.co.uk using another browser (e.g. Chrome).

The Apex Box Office makes no charge for payment by most major debit and credit cards, though they do take a £2.00 per ticket booking fee for events held at the Apex.
More information
Discounts. We offer half-price tickets to under-30s, booking by telephone, in person or on the door. For everyone else we offer early booking discounts where shown.
On the door. Concert tickets including concessions for under-30s can be bought on the door subject to availability, but we encourage you to buy in advance to obtain the best seats and avoid queuing. If buying on the door, please arrive at the venue at least 20 minutes before the concert start time.
Carer tickets. A free carer ticket is available for people who are registered blind or are confined to a wheelchair, by telephoning or visiting the Apex Box Office. In any other circumstance where a carer ticket may be required to enable someone to attend a concert, please contact chair@burybachchoir.co.uk. Please note that the only animals that may attend our concerts are assistance dogs.
Quiet audience. Because it’s important that our audience is quiet whilst we are performing - for everyone’s full enjoyment of the music - late arrivals will only be admitted when there is a break in the programme.
Non-refundable. Please note that our tickets once purchased are non-refundable, unless the concert is sold out, in which case we will try to sell them for you.
Friends and Patrons. Please note that members of our Friends Association should purchase their discounted tickets in advance by telephoning or visiting the Apex Box Office, or by using their promotional code online. Details are available on the Friends Association pages of this website.
